How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your stick before your next game. All orders include a tracking number sent via email once the package departs our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on Pro Stock sticks?
Because Pro Stock sticks are high-performance items designed for professional use, they do not come with a traditional manufacturer warranty. However, we inspect every stick for structural integrity before shipping to ensure you receive a top-tier product.
Can I return a stick if I don't like the curve or flex?
We accept returns on unused, uncut sticks within 14 days of delivery. Once a stick has been taped, cut, or used in play, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
